Dear Eileen,
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for your dedication and support. I love the idea of creating and using a blog with the students.
Warm reegards,
Pocha
Sorry, I misspelled the word regards... first time...you know
ReplyDeleteDon't worry Pocha, the main thing is that you are here :) Welcome! Have you tried any of the resources? Let us know what you thought!
ReplyDeleteHi Eileen
ReplyDeleteI love the idea to be in contact "this way". Thanks a lot for all your support . As I told you, I read a couple of articles from Peru this week , I find this web page really interesting I want to try the podcast one asap.
See you in class.
Regards
Consuelo
Hi Consuelo,
DeleteWell done on reading the articles (and on learning all about coffee from the podcast I believe ;) ) I'm glad you like the resources. We'll keep adding to them and, more importantly, keep using them!
Have you read any more good articles this week?
Hello everyone!
ReplyDeleteThe floe-joe web is a great resource for different levels. I encourage you to use it with your students and for yourself, too.
Thanks for sharing, Eileen!
See you tomorrow
Constanza
Hi Constanza,
DeleteThanks for this. Yes, Flo Joe is fantastic, isn't it? Which activities do you like from it? I recommend the daily activities in the 'Word Bank' section: http://www.flo-joe.co.uk/cpe/students/wordbank/index.htm
See you next class!
Hello Eileen!
ReplyDeleteLots of thanks for all the resources. In fact, I have already worked "Are you a winner" with a group of students but I prefer to work "Dark Tourism". I would also like to share these two pages which help me a lot when I have to prepare clases:"booksshouldbefree.com" contains lots of literatura genres with audio and "thefreedictionary.com" is a complete dictionary which includes encyclopedia, thesaurus, synonyms etc.
Best wishes,
Mariateresa
Hi Mariateresa,
DeleteI'm impressed you've worked with two of the podcasts already, great stuff! I just took a glance at 'Dark Tourism' and it's a good choice. Looking forward to reading your essay.
Thanks for the resources, I'll check them and share them in a post.
See you Saturday!
